For more than 10 years I have been demonstrating one and two day fly tying seminars in Atlantic Salmon, Steelhead and Saltwater Flies. I have held classes at the following shops:
Atlantic Salmon and Stelhead Spey Flies - During the course of the day we will tie approximately 6 patterns and cover Atlantic Salmon Spey and Dee patterns and Steelhead Speys. You will learn about the materials and techniques that I use to tie spey flies.
Saltwater Flies - During the course of the day we will tie 6 - 8 patterns. Classes can be set up to cover one style or several styles of flies. Example: Striped Bass, Albacore, Bonefish, Tarpon, Permit or offshore patterns. We will cover various techniques and materials both natural and synthetics used to tie this patterns. Most flies covered will effectively and accurately imitate various baitfish and crustaceans.
Fee for these courses are $ 400.00 per day plus expenses. I supply all the materials needed. Class size should be approximately 10 students.
